New Authentication

Registration Flow​

  • You will receive a welcome email. Please note your new username in green.
  • Fill-in the temporary password in the welcome email message. Please make sure you are not typing your old password.

  • Sign In

  • Enter your personal details
  • Phone number is the only field that is not mandatory.
  • Choose your preferred 2 Factor Authentication method

Option 1: SMS
  • If you choose SMS and your phone number is missing ➔ You’ll be required to provide a phone number

Option 2: Authentication App
  • If you choose Auth-App, you’ll see this screen
    • Scan the QR code using any common Authentication App (e.g. Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Duo…).
    • After scanning the QR, the app will present a 6-digit code, insert this code on the next screen.

Forgot Password Flow

  • Enter your username. The reset code will be sent via email.

 

  • Enter unique code sent to you and set a new password

Login Flow

  • Sign In

  • 2 Factor Authentication

What if I forget my username?

  • First option: Contact your admin.
  • Second option: Contact CYREBRO Support team via:
  • Both options can send you your username.
