Help Desk Specialist
CYREBRO is looking for an experienced helpdesk specialist, to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems.
You will answer queries on basic and advanced technical issues and provide end-to-end IT solutions for company employees.

- Taking control of various IT tasks and responsibilities
- Providing technical solutions
- Escalate unresolved issues to the IT manager
- 1-2 Years of proven experience in an IT-related role
- Experience with Windows servers environment (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP) – Must
- Excellent communication skills, Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic to complex technical issues
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP and subnetting) – Must
- Experience with virtualization (VMware and Hyper-V) – Advantage
- Experience with Linux – Advantage
- Experience with cloud base services – Office 365 or G-SUITE
- MCSA graduate – Advantage
- Proficiency in English
