Our global sales team is growing, and we are looking for a strong Pre-sale Engineer. Helping our global teams customize solutions for clients, using your deep knowledge and understanding of our unique platform to assist in our global sales efforts.
We are looking for passionate individuals, quick learners with a “get it done” attitude, to become a strategic member of our sales team working with global clients and assisting our internal Product and Customer Success.
About the role
- Responsible for explaining the technical and operational inner workings of our solutions to potential clients and partners
- Taking part in demo sessions with prospects and assisting in “closing” with the sales team
- Taking part in creating relevant templates and sales materials
- Supporting customer success with technical and operational gaps
- Being the technical support resource for the global salespeople
- Technical understanding and background (Security an advantage)
- Strong verbal and written capabilities
- Experience in Sales- an advantage
- Quick learner
- Great communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Exceptional teamwork capabilities
