Technical Recruiter

CYREBRO is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join the HR team. If recruitment drives you, you love the challenge in it and you are interested in joining a fast-growing global Cyber-Security company – then we have the role for you!

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions
  • Find top-tier talent candidates for our various positions by Sourcing \ HH, publishing through social media, working with placement companies, referrals, etc.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and align with their department recruiting objectives
  • Work together as part of a recruiting team to promote cross-organizational projects

Job requirement

  • 2+ years of experience in tech-recruitment from a global hi-tech company -must (Cybersecurity industry- an advantage)
  • At least 1 year of technical sourcing experience including advanced sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing, and automation tools.
  • Have the attitude for working in a cross-functionally company that is growing fast, highly technical, within a global start-up environment.
  • You are great with people and have experience in working with people/customer service.
  • Fluent English
