You will:

Develop, implement, and lead FP&A procedures and processes to drive forecasting, planning, business insight, and analysis.

• Identify, measure, and manage SaaS key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive business performance.
• Manage Annual Operating Plan and forecast (budgeting, forecasting, and BvA), short-term and long-term business plans, and provide analysis and support for strategic growth initiatives.
• Select and implement systems and ways of working needed at a fast-growing company.
• Manage the commission structure, plans, and the resulting compensation.
• Work side by side with the business and sales operations and maintain a high level of business partnering to achieve desired results and business needs.
• Modeling and analysis of business and operational growth elements and the milestones to achieve them
• Enhance management reporting and commentary that provides management with timely insights into trends, operational results, and growth drivers.
• Support the preparation of financial reporting packages and presentations used by senior leadership
