Technical Support Manager
About The Position
CYREBRO is the first interactive SOC Platform, transforming how today’s businesses respond to and mitigate cyber threats with a centralized security operations infrastructure. The platform provides complete clarity, insight, and real-time cyber recommendations for businesses of all sizes by integrating their security events into one central command.
We are looking for a Manager of Technical Support who will oversee the organization's technical support and service operations and functions. And take a key role in building and improving our technical support group.
- Analyze the technical support requirements of the company
- Oversee the day-to-day technical support operations
- Identify and recommend changes to support workflows and methodologies
- Oversee and recommend tools and infrastructure needed for the technical support group to meet its goals
- Maintains knowledge and personal development of the technical support staff
- Work and collaborate with peers and other functions in the company facilitating technical support efforts
- 3+ years of Managing other technical support teams
- 2+ years working with CRM systems (ZenDesk – Advantage)
- 2+ Years in Project management, managing large-scale projects
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Familiarity with the Cybersecurity industry - Advantage
