HR Operations and HRBP (Maternity leave cover)
About The Position
CYREBRO is the first interactive SOC Platform, transforming how today’s businesses respond to and mitigate cyber threats with a centralized security operations infrastructure. The platform provides complete clarity, insight, and real-time cyber recommendations for businesses of all sizes by integrating all their security events into one central command.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for HR Operations and HRBP to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and improving the HR system and processes and suggesting ways to increase the functional productivity and workflow of the HR department.
As HR Operations you will collaborate with HR professionals, managers, and employees to implement and streamline HR processes and policies.
As an HRBP you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
Responsibilities
HR Operations:
- Manage our HR system (Hi – Bob) and improve workflow and data management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HRIS system.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide support and guidance to the HR team on using the HRIS.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Support the administration of Employees and Subcontractors management throughout the employee lifecycle changes.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records maintenance.
HRBP
- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR matters including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that support a positive work culture and compliance with legal requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers on people-related issues, conflict resolution, and employee development.
- Lead and/or support special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
Required Skills:
§ Proven experience in HR Operations – a must
§ Deep Knowledge with the HR system HiBob – a must
§ Proven experience as an HR Business Partner - a Must.
§ Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
§ Great execution skills
§ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
§ Can scale from strategic to hands-on.
§ Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
§ Happy person, fun to work with, team player, and can do vibes.
